Psychiatric care that fits your life

Evaluations, medication management and supportive therapy, all by secure video for adults anywhere in Montana, from Kalispell and Missoula to Bozeman and Billings.

Psychiatric evaluation

Your first visit is a thorough evaluation. We'll talk about what brings you in, your history, your health and what you've already tried. By the end, we'll have a working diagnosis and a plan we both agree on.

That plan may include medication, therapy, everyday steps that support your mental health, or a referral if another kind of care is a better fit.

Medication management

If medication is part of your plan, I'll explain your options, how they work and what side effects to watch for, so you can decide with confidence.

Follow-up visits are where we check how things are going, adjust the dose or try something different. Visits are closer together at first and spread out once you're feeling steady. This includes care for adult ADHD, depression, anxiety and the other conditions listed below.

Supportive therapy

Sometimes the most helpful part of a visit is the conversation. When it helps, I build brief, practical therapy into medication visits: coping tools, problem-solving and space to talk things through.

If you'd benefit from regular weekly therapy, I'm glad to help you find a therapist and work alongside them.
